Whitestone POS text alerts. When you opt in, we send recurring automated text messages to the mobile number you provided:
- Promotions and new hardware offers
- Appointment and demo reminders
- Quote and order updates
- Customer service messages
Messages are sent from +1 (475) 335-8172.
How you opt in
You join by checking the SMS consent box on one of these forms on our website: the SMS sign-up page (/sms), the quote form (/quote) or the demo form (/book-a-demo). The box is never pre-checked and is not required to submit the form. You can also opt in by text: text START to +1 (475) 335-8172. Right after you opt in we send one confirmation message.
Consent is not a condition of any purchase.
Frequency and cost
Msg frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile plan.
How to opt out
Reply STOP to any message at any time. You can also reply UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END or QUIT. We will send one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed and you will not receive more messages unless you opt in again by replying START.

Carriers
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers include major US carriers; service may not be available on every carrier.
Privacy
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except service providers needed to run the messaging program (such as our SMS provider).
