Our services
We sell, install and support point-of-sale (POS) hardware and software, including our own POS system and, as an authorized reseller, Square hardware and services. Our POS connects to Square through the Square API to sync orders, catalog and payments.
Quotes and orders
- Quotes are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise and depend on hardware availability.
- Installation dates are confirmed once the order and any deposit are received.
- Prices exclude taxes and shipping unless the quote says otherwise.
Square products and accounts
Square hardware, payment processing and Square accounts are provided by Block, Inc. and are subject to Square's own terms, fees and privacy policy, which you accept when you create a Square account. We are an independent reseller and are not responsible for Square's processing decisions, fees or service availability.
Warranty and support
Hardware carries the manufacturer's warranty. We help you process warranty claims. Support hours and response times are described in your service agreement.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the website, submit false information, try to access accounts that are not yours, or interfere with its security.
Text messages
Our SMS program is optional and governed by our SMS terms. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Intellectual property
Website content, our logo and our POS software belong to Whitestone POS or its licensors. Square and related marks are trademarks of Block, Inc.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Whitestone POS is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits or data, arising from use of the website or services. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in question.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut, USA.
