Do I need a Square account?
Yes, card payments are processed by Square. If you don’t have an account we help you open one and connect it to the POS during setup.
Can I keep the Square hardware I already have?
Usually, yes. Tell us which devices you have in the quote form and we check compatibility with our POS.
How long does installation take?
Most single-location installs take one day on site, after we load your menu or catalog in advance. Larger setups are scheduled in phases so you don’t have to close.
Is there a contract?
Hardware is a one-time purchase. Software and support are billed monthly and the terms are spelled out in your quote.
Do you offer support in Spanish?
Yes. Training and support are available in English and Spanish.
What happens if the internet goes down?
The POS keeps taking orders offline and syncs when the connection returns. Square readers can also store payments offline within Square’s limits.
